1. About Us
Amelia Lily is an Irish-based small business offering framed poetry prints and personalised keepsakes crafted with meaning and elegance.

2. Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, images, and prices. As each piece is handcrafted or personalised, slight variations may occur. Colours may differ depending on screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments.
- For personalised items, you are responsible for checking spellings, names, and custom details before confirming your order. Errors submitted by the customer are not the responsibility of Amelia Lily.

4. Commissions & Portfolio Use
By ordering a personalised commission, you acknowledge that Amelia Lily retains creative rights to the poetry, artwork, and designs created. We may ask for permission to feature your commission in our online portfolio or promotional materials (e.g. website, social media, print marketing).

We will never publish or share any personal story, poem, image, or customer name without your express written consent. Where permission is granted, we may anonymise or partially identify the piece (e.g. “From Sarah to her mum”).

You are under no obligation to agree, and your privacy will be fully respected.

5. Delivery
- We offer tracked delivery within Ireland and selected international destinations.

- Delivery timeframes are estimates; we are not responsible for postal delays once an order has been dispatched.

- It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds
- Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with an error that is our fault.
- Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 calendar days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided they are unused and in original condition.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, poems, and content are the intellectual property of Amelia Lily. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold in any form without our written permission.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
